Zihao Jiao: is a Ph.D. student at the State Key Laboratory of Multi-phase Flow in Power Engineering at Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU). He joined the Wang group in September 2023 as a one-year visiting student. His research centers on the theoretical investigation of catalytic mechanisms for the photo-electrocatalytic reduction of CO2. This involves utilizing Density Functional Theory (DFT) to interpret experimental reaction mechanisms and exploring the synergistic mechanisms of Cu-based alloy catalysts through a combination of DFT and Machine Learning (ML).
