Dr. Yu Mao earned his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Queen’s University Belfast and his B.E. in Applied Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology. With a background in theoretical chemistry and heterogeneous catalysis, he is currently focusing on understanding and designing catalysts for electrocatalytic reactions (e.g., CO2RR, OER/ORR) using DFT and MD/AIMD calculations.
